4 post car lift is a mechanical lifting device used for car or truck repair and maintenance. It supports the car in a vertical direction by four vertical columns. 4 post car lift can be divided into upper cylinder type and lower cylinder type according to their structure. The cylinder of the upper cylinder 4 post car lift is located at the top of the column, while the cylinder of the lower cylinder type is located below the top plate. When descending, the hydraulic oil flows back to the tank by operating the descending button or manual valve, thereby achieving the descent of the platform.

Before use, the nearby tools and debris that hinder the operation should be cleared, and the operating handle should be checked to see if it is normal.

Ensure that the four support angles are on the same plane, and adjust the height of the support angle rubber pads to contact the supporting part of the vehicle chassis.

When lifting, personnel should leave the vehicle. When lifting to the required height, the safety lock pin must be inserted, and it must be safe and reliable before starting the bottom operation.

Except for low-income and minor repair projects, other tedious and heavy operations shall not be operated and repaired on the lift.

If the operating mechanism is found to be ineffective, the motor is not synchronized, the bracket is uneven, or the hydraulic part is leaking oil, it should be reported in time and it shall not be operated with illness.

Clean and lubricate all sliding parts in the first week of each quarter, check the pawls and lubricate the sliding surfaces.

Check the wire rope: Check the wire rope regularly. If any damage is found, please contact the supplier in time to replace the corresponding accessories. The wire rope must be replaced once after three years of use.

Inspect and replace the hydraulic oil: Observe the hydraulic oil dipstick and pay attention to whether the hydraulic oil is sufficient. The hydraulic oil needs to be replaced once a year.
