2. Check the engagement state of the safety lock, and confirm no broken strands of the steel wire rope

3. Inspect hydraulic oil pipes and joints to ensure no oil leakage

4. Tighten anchor bolts and all connecting bolts to avoid loosening or falling off

5. Lubricate the swing arm shaft and steel wire rope with lithium-based grease to ensure smooth movement

2. Weekly Maintenance (30-Minute Service After Weekend Shutdown)

✅ Core Goal: Check the wear of moving parts and ensure the sensitivity of safety devices

1. Inspect the flexibility of moving parts (swing arm, roller, fixture) to ensure no jamming

2. Fully test the function of safety components (limit switch, emergency stop button) to ensure sensitive triggering

3. Check the hydraulic oil level, which should be kept 15-30mm from the oil surface to the top of the oil tank, and replenish the same type of hydraulic oil in time when insufficient

4. Fully lubricate all sliding surfaces (inner side of the column, platform guide rail, scissor frame shaft)

1. Fully tighten all bolts of the equipment, especially re-tighten the anchor bolts to eliminate loosening

2. Check the seals of the hydraulic system, and replace them in time if there is oil leakage

3. Inspect the wear of lifting pads, swing arms and fixtures, and replace them in time if the wear exceeds the standard

4. Clean the hydraulic oil tank filter with gasoline to avoid impurity blockage of the oil circuit

1. Replace the hydraulic oil (mandatory replacement after the first 6 months of use, then once a year thereafter)

2. Thoroughly clean the hydraulic oil tank and filter, and check the wear of the gear pump and oil cylinder

3. Adjust the tension of the steel wire rope to ensure synchronous lifting of the equipment without partial load

4. Check the verticality of the column and the levelness of the platform, and calibrate and adjust in time when the deviation exceeds 5mm

5. Annual Maintenance (1-Day Full Service Once a Year)

✅ Core Goal: Full disassembly and inspection, compliance with annual inspection requirements, and elimination of major safety hazards

1. Fully disassemble and inspect the wear of wearing parts such as bearings, rollers and pin shafts, and replace them directly if the wear exceeds the standard

2. Check the insulation layer of the motor, contactor and wires, and replace them in case of aging or damage

3. Test the sensitivity of the safety lock and the reliability of the limit switch, and complete the full load test of the equipment

4. Conduct comprehensive cleaning, lubrication and fastening of the whole equipment, and issue maintenance records

6. Long-Term Storage Maintenance (Mandatory for Shutdown Over 1 Month)

✅ Core Goal: Avoid rust and aging of the equipment during long-term storage

1. Disconnect the equipment power supply and turn off the main switch

2. Drain the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank and thoroughly clean the inside of the oil tank

3. Apply anti-rust grease to all moving parts and exposed metal surfaces

4. Fully cover the equipment with a dust cover to isolate dust and moisture
