Piston air compressor - is a reciprocating air compressor in the most common, the most used one. piston oil-free air compressor is composed of compressor host, cooling system, regulation system, lubrication system, safety valve, motor and control equipment.  The compressor and motor are bolted to the base, and the base is fixed on the foundation with foot bolts.  When working, the motor drives the crankshaft directly through the coupling, driving the connecting rod, crosshead and piston rod, so that the piston in the compressor cylinder for reciprocating movement, complete the suction, compression, discharge and other processes.  The machine is double-acting compressor, that is, air is sucked, compressed and discharged when the piston moves up and down.
