Our Belt drive piston type air Compressor is widely used in garage and 4S station, which has the following characters：

1. The safety valve adopts copper alloy full open safety valve with good sensitivity, high safety and strong air tightness.

2. The cylinder head is designed as v-row deep groove type, with good heat dissipation effect, and the cylinder head leaves are thickened to prevent cracking.

3. The valve plate / disc is made of Sweden imported material with 7C hardness of hrc-54, good elasticity, high temperature resistance, no bending, strong fatigue strength and corrosion resistance, durable.

4. The cylinder is made of ht-250 cast iron with the hardness of hb-220, which is the same as that of automobile.

5. The piston and connecting rod are cast with ZL108 aluminum alloy and manufactured with German equipment. The connecting rod is called copper sleeve. The piston is installed with hot parts and has good stability.

6. The piston ring is made of chromium, molybdenum and copper alloy cast iron with the hardness of hrb101-105 and is processed and synthesized by German machine tool process.

7. QT600-3 nodular cast iron is used for crankshaft to strengthen toughness and plasticity after heat treatment, with strong wear resistance and no fracture.

8. The bearing adopts deep groove ball bearing, which has the advantages of high precision, low noise and long service life.

9. The pressure switch has passed the safety certification, with high sensitivity, high durability, increased silver point, and can be used more than 150000 times continuously.

10. The magnetic starter adopts the intelligent electromagnetic protector, which has the function of protecting the motor for low voltage, three-phase unbalanced phase loss and overload.

11. The gas storage tank meets the requirements of national simple pressure vessel. Its surface has been treated with anti-rust treatment and has good corrosion resistance. Each gas storage tank has a number and certificate of 70kg for explosion test to ensure safety.
