Diesel Engine Plate Compactor

Oct 25, 2024

Diesel Engine Plate Compactor are machinery used for compaction work. They operate on the principle of vibration and impact, causing relative movement between material particles to eliminate voids and achieve compaction.Diesel Engine Plate Compactor are mainly suitable for compacting materials with low inter-particle adhesion and friction, such as river sand, crushed stone, and asphalt.

The model number of a plate compactor consists of two parts: the category, group, type, characteristic code, and main parameter code, with the update code placed at the end of the model number. Its working principle is mainly based on the physical principles of vibration and impact, generating high-frequency vibrations to cause relative movement between material particles, thereby eliminating voids and achieving compaction.

Diesel Engine Plate Compactor are divided into two types: internal combustion and electric. Internal combustion Diesel Engine Plate Compactor are usually powered by gasoline or diesel engines, which generate strong impact forces through the high-speed rotation of the engine to achieve compaction work on the foundation. Electric Diesel Engine Plate Compactor are driven by electric motors and are suitable for situations where there is a power supply.

The main working parameters of a plate compactor include the area of the working plate bottom surface, the total weight of the machine, the vibration force, and the vibration frequency. These parameters affect the performance of the plate compactor, where the vibration force is used to maintain the forced vibration of the compacted material, and the vibration frequency affects the compaction efficiency and density. Under the same vibration force, the higher the vibration frequency, the higher the compaction efficiency and density.

When working,Diesel Engine Plate Compactor need to maintain a certain jump height, generally between 0.4-0.8mm. The higher the working frequency, the smaller the required vibration mass, and the lighter the total weight of the machine. However, since most Diesel Engine Plate Compactor use gasoline engines as the power source, and gasoline engines can only withstand a limited amount of vibration, the higher the working frequency, the higher the vibration isolation requirements, and the higher the technical requirements for various components.

At present, Haosail has launched two models of Diesel Engine Plate Compactor, namely HZR90 and HZR90L. The HZR90L comes with wheels, which can be pulled for movement, and the vibration force is 3500-5500bpm, which is slightly smaller compared to the HZR90, whose vibration force is 4200bpm. Customers can choose the model according to their own needs.

When purchasing or using Diesel Engine Plate Compactor, it is necessary to consider the specific requirements of the project, such as the area to be compacted, depth, and the nature of the material, to select the appropriate model and specifications. At the same time, attention should also be paid to the maintenance and maintenance of the plate compactor to ensure its performance and service life.
