Technical Specification

Tire balancer operation steps:

1. Remove dirt, stones and old balance weights from the tested wheel.

2. Check the tire pressure and charge it to the specified value (2.4-2.5Bar) as necessary.

3. Choose the cone according to the size of the center hole of the rim, carefully install the wheel, and tighten it with a large pitch nut.

4. Turn on the power switch of the wheel balancer, check whether the indication and control device panel is correct, and select the appropriate gear according to the rim and tire style.

5. Use a caliper to measure the rim width L, the rim diameter D (can also be read from the sidewall), use the ruler on the balancer to measure the distance A from the edge of the rim to the chassis, and then use the key in or the selector knob to align the measured value. Enter the values of A, D and L into the indication and control device.

6. Put down the wheel guard, press the start button, the wheel rotates, the balance test starts, and data is automatically collected.

7. After the wheels stop automatically or after hearing the "DI" sound, press the stop button and manipulate the brake device to stop the wheels, and then read the inner and outer unbalance amount and unbalance position of the wheel from the indicating device.

8. Lift the wheel guard and slowly turn the wheel by hand. When the indicating device gives out instructions (sound, indicator light, brake, display dot matrix or display detection data, etc.), stop rotating. Install the indicator device on the inner or outer upper part of the rim (12 o'clock position) to display the weight of the side balance weight. The inner and outer sides should be used separately, and the balance weight should be installed firmly.

9. After installing the balance weight, it is possible to produce a new imbalance, and re-train the balance until the imbalance is less than 5g (0.3oz), and the indicating device displays "00" or "OK". When the imbalance differs by about 10G, satisfactory results can be obtained if the balance weight can be moved back and forth along the edge of the rim for a certain angle. Rich practical experience, the faster the balance.

10. After the test, turn off the power switch.
