The Haosail concrete mixer includes a power mechanism connected to the transmission mechanism through a shaft and a drum driven by the transmission mechanism. A gear ring surrounding the drum is installed on the drum, and a gear meshing with the gear ring is arranged on the transmission shaft. The utility model has a simple and reasonable structure. After the gear meshes with the gear ring, it can effectively overcome the slipping phenomenon between the supporting rollers and the mixing drum in rainy and foggy weather; the transmission mechanism further ensures the elimination of the slipping phenomenon between the supporting rollers and the mixing drum. The following points need to be paid attention to for the maintenance of the drum-type electric concrete mixer:

1. **Regular Inspection and Cleaning** - Thoroughly clean components such as the mixing drum and blades after each use to prevent the accumulation of concrete residues. - Check the oil level at each lubrication point before starting work every day, and add lubricating oil as needed.

2. **Power Supply and Circuit Inspection** - Check whether the power cord of the mixer is damaged, broken or aged. If any problems are found, please replace it in a timely manner to ensure safe use. - Check whether the wires are loose or short-circuited, and solve any problems that arise.

3. **Inspection and Maintenance of Key Components** - Regularly inspect all components of the mixer to detect signs of wear, damage or potential problems. Focus on key components such as blades, drums, motors and bearings. - Manually rotate the mixing shaft to feel whether the bearing rotates smoothly, and check whether the motor bearings are worn. If the bearing gets stuck or makes abnormal noises, it should be replaced in a timely manner.

4. **Lubrication and Maintenance** - The lubrication of the concrete mixer is an important measure to prevent wear. All components of the mixer need to be regularly filled with lubricating oil to reduce friction and wear. - The mixing shaft must be oiled in each shift until butter leaks out from the agitator.

5. **Avoid Overloading and Excessive Operation** - When using the concrete mixer, do not operate it overloaded to avoid damaging the equipment. - Long-term continuous overloaded operation of the equipment may lead to overheating and damage to the parts.

6. **Safe Operation** - During operation, it is strictly prohibited to put your head, hands or other limbs into the mixing drum to prevent amputation accidents. - After the operation is completed, pay attention to checking the usage of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, brake oil, fuel (water), and check the tightness of the whole machine.

7. **Daily Maintenance** - Keep the platform clean and dry, and lubricate the lifting pulley and wire rope every week. - Do not place any sundries on the machine, and ensure that the machine body and the surrounding environment are clean and hygienic.

8. **Handling of Abnormal Situations** - In case of any abnormal situation of the mixer, stop using it immediately and notify the general affairs department for timely maintenance. - In case of abnormal noises, violent vibrations or impacts, stop the operation and notify the general affairs department for maintenance before using it again.
