How to use a hydraulic jack
1. Before use, check whether all parts are normal. (Mainly check whether there is oil leakage in the piston, joints, high-pressure hoses, etc.).
2. When using, strictly abide by the provisions in the main parameters, and avoid over-height and overloading. Otherwise, when the lifting height or lifting tonnage exceeds the regulations, serious oil leakage will occur at the top of the cylinder.
3. If the oil volume of the manual pump body is insufficient, it is necessary to add fully filtered hydraulic oil to the pump before it can work.
4. The center of gravity of the heavy object should be moderate, and the focus point of the jack should be reasonably selected. The bottom surface should be leveled. At the same time, the soft and hard conditions of the ground should be considered, whether to pad with tough wood, and whether it is placed stably to avoid sinking or tilting under load.

8. The split jack is a spring reset structure. After lifting, it can be quickly removed, but the connected hose cannot be used to pull the jack.
9. Because the lifting stroke of the jack is small, users must not exceed the rated stroke when using it to avoid damaging the jack.
Precautions for split Hydraulic Floor Jack
1) If the pump fails to hit the target during use, loosen the drain screw on the pump body, lift the pump body vertically and hit it several times, then tighten the drain screw and continue to use it.
2) Do not add partial load or overload during use to avoid damage to the jack. When there is a load, do not remove the quick connector to avoid accidents and damage to the machine parts.
3) This machine uses oil as the medium. The oil and the machine must be well maintained to avoid clogging or oil leakage, which will affect the use effect.
4) For new or long-standing Hydraulic Floor Jack, there is a lot of air in the oil cylinder. When starting to use, the piston rod may have a slight jump phenomenon. The hydraulic jack can be reciprocated 2-3 times without load to remove the air in the cavity. Long-term idle jacks will harden the seals due to long-term non-operation, thus affecting the service life of the Hydraulic Floor Jack. Therefore, when the Hydraulic Floor Jack are not in use, they should be reciprocated 2-3 times a month without load.
