The maintenance of a spray paint booth is very important. It not only ensures the normal operation of the paint booth but also extends the service life of the equipment and ensures the quality of the spray painting booth. Here are some key points for the maintenance of a paint booth:

1. **Daily Cleaning**: Clean the spray paint booth’swalls, glass, and floor base of the booth every day to prevent the accumulation of dust and paint dust.

2. **Filter System Maintenance**: Regularly check the primary filter grid of the purifier and the fine filter grid inside the spray paint booth. If dust blockage is found, clean the dust or replace the filter cotton immediately.

3. **Ventilation System Check**: Clean the dust grid of the incoming air every week, and check if the exhaust dust grid is blocked. If the air pressure in the room increases for no reason, the exhaust dust grid must be replaced.

4. **Replace Filter Materials**: Replace the floor dust fiber cotton every 150 hours of work; replace the incoming air dust grid every 300 hours of work; replace the top cotton of the spray paint booth every 1200 hours of work or semi-annually.

5. **Clean and Check the Burner**: Clean the floor water pan and clean the diesel filter device on the burner every month.

6. **Check Motor Drive Belts**: Check the drive belts of the incoming air and exhaust air motors for looseness every quarter.

7. **Electrical and Pneumatic System Inspection**: Inspect the electrical and pneumatic systems every quarter for any damage or loose connections.

8. **Clean the Entire SprayPaint Booth**: Clean the entire spray paint booth and floor grid every half year, check the circulation air flap, incoming air and exhaust air fan bearings, clean the sediment in the oil tank, clean the water-based protective film of the spray paint boothand re-spray.

9. **Clean the Heat Converter**: Clean the entire heat converter, including the combustion chamber and exhaust gas channel, every year.

10. **Heating System Maintenance**: Remove the covering on the heating pipe daily; promptly clean the dust covered on the lamp tube with a dry cloth.

11. **Maintenance of the Air Supply and Exhaust System**: Check whether the air supply and exhaust fans are running normally, check the screw fastening situation every 3-5 months; add lubricating oil to the bearings regularly twice a year; the exhaust gas pipeline must be cleaned and maintained once a year, and the surface should be free of attached paint dregs.

12. **Electrical Control System Maintenance**: Check the high-temperature resistant power lines in the static pressure room at the top of the spray painting booth and the air supply and exhaust cabinet once every 8 months. If the wires are aged, they must be replaced in time; if loose, fix them.
