Band sawmill

They mainly consist of components such as the worktable, column, beam, and slide pillow. During operation, the electric motor drives the main shaft and various moving parts to rotate through a V-belt, while the transmission system allows the column to move up and down (longitudinally or laterally) to achieve worktable feed, and finally, the manipulation mechanism controls the movement of the saw blade and the position of the cutting and retracting knife. The tension of the saw blade is 20~40kg/cm², and at high speed, it can generate a large centrifugal force acting on the work piece, causing plastic deformation to achieve cutting.
