Operating procedures of the steel bar stirrup bender

1、 Check whether the mechanical performance is good, and keep the worktable and bending machine table level; and prepare various mandrel tool blocks.

2、 According to the diameter of the steel bar and the requirements of the hoop bending machine, install the mandrel, forming shaft, iron retaining shaft or variable retaining frame. The diameter of the mandrel shall be 2.5 times of the diameter of the steel bar.

3、 Check that the mandrel, stop and turntable are free of damage and cracks, the protective cover is tight and reliable, and the operation can be started only after the empty machine runs normally.

4、 During the operation, insert one end of the steel bar to be bent into the gap provided for fixing the turntable, fix the other end close to the machine body and press it tightly with hands, check the machine body fixing, and only when it is installed on the side blocking the steel bar can it be started.

5、 It is strictly forbidden to replace the mandrel, change the angle and adjust the speed during the operation, and it is also forbidden to add oil or remove oil.

6、 When bending steel bars, it is strictly forbidden to process steel bars that exceed the diameter, number and rotation speed specified by the machine.

7、 When bending high hardness or low alloy steel bars, the maximum limited diameter of the steel bar shall be changed according to the provisions of the mechanical nameplate, and the corresponding mandrel shall be changed.

8、 It is strictly forbidden to stand within the working radius of the bending steel bar and on the side of the fuselage without fixing. The bent semi-finished products shall be stacked neatly, and the hook shall not be upward.

9、 When the rotary table changes direction, it must be carried out after it stops steadily.

10、 After the operation, clean up the site, maintain the machinery and power off the lock box.
